To use certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication.
You agree that:

- You are responsible for your account activity
- You will not share access to your account

3. Fitness Disclaimer
Sparta Fitness provides fitness and activity tracking tools for logging workouts, activities, active days, groups, leaderboards, and streaks. The Service is not a medical device or medical service, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, injury, medical condition, or health condition.
The Service does not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, emergency services, or personalized medical guidance. Information shown in the app is for general fitness tracking, motivation, and personal record-keeping only.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, activity, challenge, or training routine is safe for you
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, have symptoms, or have health concerns
- You should stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms
- You should not use the Service for emergencies or medical decisions
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from workouts, activities, or use of the app
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., workout data).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to:
